2023 — PLOW
Breaking ground. Exploration.
349K conversations that year. Most went nowhere. That was the point. I was learning how to think with AI, not what to build.

Seeds take root. First real shipments.
WOTC shipped. $200K in recovered credits. The SEED principles crystallized. Things weren't just exploration anymore — they were becoming real.

Nurturing. Infrastructure.
The Brain MCP came together. 106K messages embedded with semantic search. 256ms queries. The cognitive prosthetic started working.
